Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Isomer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you may use Isomer only with that consent.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, mislead people, or violate another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, reviews, comments, fit information, and profile material. You grant Isomer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies reasonably remain in backups, legal records, or content shared by others.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and that its use by Isomer under these Terms will not violate another person’s rights or any law. Do not post personal information about someone else without permission.
Community rules
You may not use Isomer to:
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful material.
- Spam users, manipulate engagement, create deceptive accounts, or interfere with the service.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Collect information about others without authorization or attempt to bypass privacy, blocking, authentication, or security controls.
- Upload malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use automated access in a way that burdens or disrupts Isomer.
- Use fit reviews or body information to shame, harass, discriminate against, or target another person.
Moderation and enforcement
Users can report content or accounts and block other users. We may review reports and remove, restrict, or preserve content; limit features; suspend accounts; or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, the law, or the safety of the community require it. We are not required to monitor every submission and cannot guarantee that all content will be accurate or appropriate.
Fit information and external products
Fit, sizing, quality ratings, body comparisons, and reviews are supplied by users or derived from their inputs. They are personal opinions and estimates, not guarantees, professional advice, or endorsements by Isomer. Bodies, garments, brands, and regional sizing systems vary, so you should verify product details before relying on a post.
Isomer may link to third-party retailers and websites. Isomer does not sell those products or control third-party content, availability, pricing, shipping, returns, security, or privacy practices. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.
Isomer property
The Isomer name, branding, software, interface, and service content supplied by Isomer are owned by Isomer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal use; they do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and disclaimers
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Isomer and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Isomer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Isomer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data or profits, user content, third-party products, or conduct by other users arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
You may stop using Isomer at any time and may permanently delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use Isomer after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be submitted through the Isomer Help Centre.
